About Harrison
I’m a singing tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Music. I specialise in teaching Classical, Pop, Rock, and Country singing, offering students a well-rounded and engaging learning experience. My goal is to help each student discover their unique voice and grow in both confidence and skill. I provide a balanced approach that includes vocal technique, ear training, harmony, improvisation, and music theory. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced singer, I tailor every lesson to fit your personal goals and learning style. I believe in nurturing talent through positive, encouraging, and structured instruction. Performance skills are also a key part of my teaching. I help students gain stage presence and express themselves with ease. From building strong foundations to preparing for auditions or live performances, I support my students every step of the way.

My teaching approach helps singers master multiple genres, from classical and jazz to contemporary pop. I guide students in adapting vocal techniques to match the unique demands of each style—whether it's dynamic control in jazz, purity of tone in classical, or expressive phrasing in pop. Emphasis is placed on pitch accuracy, breath support, and vocal agility. For church ensemble singers, I focus on blend, harmony, and musical sensitivity within group settings. For crossover artists, we explore genre shifts and how to switch vocal styles while keeping your voice healthy and expressive. Musicality is developed through ear training, interpretation, and stylistic awareness. We also use modern tools like DAWs for recording and feedback, metronomes for timing, and pitch training apps to track accuracy and progress. Lessons include real-time feedback, goal setting, and tailored exercises to support individual growth.
