About Siobhan
I graduated as Dr. Siobhán Maher with a PhD in Food Science and Technology from UCC in 2004. After years of exciting work in the food industry, I faced challenges with Fibromyalgia that made me realize a change was needed. Following the birth of my first child in 2007, I embarked on a journey to improve my health and retrained in a field I absolutely adore, which allowed me to work from home while being there for my children. In 2007, I became a Certified Touch for Kinesiologist and mastered the art of body realignment and Allergy testing through muscle testing. I earned my Complementary Therapy Diploma in 2008, becoming a Reiki Master, Angel therapist, Crystal therapist, and Feng Shui consultant. Over the years, I have expanded my qualifications to include Mindfulness coach, Eating for Wellness teacher, Shamanic practitioner, and Shamanic Counselor.

Learn this age-old art of peace, calm and stillness of mind, body and spirit.

'Nothing, but let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death'.
Life can be so busy and hectic that we often have no time to stop, breathe, and relax.
Is it any wonder you’re in pain, tired, emotional, anxious, or even depressed?
You know you need to slow down and take time. But how to make this time when you're just so tired and/or in such pain?
After many years of studying and helping others, Dr Siobhan listened to everyone's upsets and genuine wishes that things would change for them. Dr Siobhan went to a quiet place and listened to what her mind, body, soul, and the Universe were advising.
The Beginning of the exciting answer was to bring Mindfulness and Meditation online or in person to a very tranquil location at the top of the Dublin mountains, offering an amazing view. Now you can retreat online or to a serene location, sit quietly, breathe, relax, and heal.
Dr Siobhan is an experienced therapist in many modalities and therapies, so why use Mindfulness and Meditation to help everyone?
It is scientifically proven that meditating daily can yield a surprising number of health benefits, including improved physical health, reduced stress, enhanced attention, improved memory, increased creativity, and increased feelings of compassion.
Other studies to date suggest that Mindfulness affects many aspects of our psychological wellbeing—improving our mood, increasing positive emotions, and decreasing our anxiety, emotional reactivity, and job burnout.
Taken together, the studies suggest that mindfulness and meditation may have a further impact on our hearts, brains, immune systems, and more. Though nothing suggests mindfulness and/or meditation are standalone treatments for disease, nor the most important ingredient for a healthy life and further therapy and/or medical intervention may also be required.
