About Raksha

Yoga is something that deeply impacted and proved useful to me in my daily life.
It improved my mental and physical health and also changed my Outlook on life.
This is something I would like everyone to experience and therefore I started taking yoga classes.

About the lesson

Energetic, fun and interactive classes.
Classes are structured involving asanas, pranayama and relaxation.
Basic meditation or chanting may also be covered on occasion.
Classes are usually for a duration of one hour
People of all ages may join.
In addition to the health benefits of asanas the Class will also leave you feeling energetic and fresh
