I teach to impart knowledge, to derive fulfillment. I employ different approaches for different students after studying their personalities, their likes, dislikes and capacity (strength and weakness) in the field of study. I take my time to ensure students are following and understanding what I teach. I give lots of assignments and I employ 'student-teaching-the-teacher' method, to affirm that a student truly comprehends what he/she has been taught.
