About Shrsti
I started my career with hospitality industry, which made me learn and understand people’s skills which I think are the most important thing for growth in any industry. Now I’m a corporate trainer from last few years and I strive to make changes in the life of youth that I train. When in the job, I am training people on products, process, SOP and more! While freelancing my focus is on soft skills, communication, language and life skills.
Oh and I’m a double post graduate (MBA and MA- English).

My sessions are mostly based on discussions and activities with the candidates. I don’t believe in long lectures as they tend to bore the students. For me, the best method to train people is via activities, discussions and culminating more ways to bring out their thoughts out in the light.
