I have worked as a technician in education for many years, and have observed tutoring sessions – large group, small group and one-to-one, almost every day over the whole of that time. When a good tutoring session is in progress, it is clear to see the positivity which is both generating progress and building confidence towards the desired outcome. This seems to be almost an intangible quality, but it originates from the dedication and concentration of a good tutor. This is the quality which Will has; added to which, from my observation, he has an adaptability for helping different age groups with differing areas of knowledge, in accordance with both the immediate and the overall objective of the sessions given.

Will is a talented filmmaker, artist and musician. He and I have worked on a number of film projects over the last 10 years, that have reached audiences around the world. He is highly knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and a great teacher and person.

I have known Will for over 20 years and he is dedicated to quality and integrity in the artistic sphere. He has an eye for detail and possesses great skill in inspiring collaborators to make improvements in their work thanks to his precise feedback. Will is able to use praise and constructive criticism to realise the potential in projects and has a proven track record of success. He has the ability to broaden horizons, and the scope of projects, using his wide knowledge of a variety of artistic fields; particularly cinema and performance art.
