About ALICIA
I am a strength coach based in western Massachusetts with experience working with adults of many different ages, backgrounds, and ability levels.
My approach combines structured programming, movement quality, and long-term progression with practical, supportive coaching.
I specialize in helping people build strength safely and sustainably while improving confidence, function, and consistency both inside and outside the gym.
I believe the two biggest keys to success are consistency and mastering the basics — and I can help you build both.
