I have 5 years of training and experience in adult education and facilitation and my teaching is rooted in popular education, anti-oppressive practice, shared leadership, and reversals of learning. I know that for adults to learn they need to see the purpose and relevancy of content to their lives, and I also see all learners as having lived experience and inner knowledge that can be drawn on.
