About Jalendra
Hello! I’m Jalendra, a software engineer and a passionate educator with a strong academic foundation. Having successfully cracked the IIT-JEE, I understand the importance of strong fundamentals, consistent practice, and the right problem-solving approach.
I teach Mathematics, Physics, and Coding, helping students understand concepts deeply rather than relying on memorization. My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, logical thinking, practical examples, and step-by-step problem solving.
As a software engineer, I also bring real-world programming experience into my coding classes. I enjoy helping students develop computational thinking and understand how programming concepts can be applied to solve real problems.
I believe that every student has the potential to improve with the right guidance. I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students can ask questions freely, learn from mistakes, and build confidence.
My goal is to make challenging subjects easier to understand and help students develop the knowledge, problem-solving skills, and confidence they need to succeed.

My Approach as a Teacher
I believe that effective teaching is not just about explaining a subject—it is about helping students understand concepts clearly, think independently, and develop confidence in their abilities. As a teacher, I focus on making learning simple, practical, interactive, and engaging.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
My teaching methods are adapted to each student's learning level and needs. I use:
Simple explanations with real-life examples
Step-by-step guidance for difficult concepts
Interactive discussions and questioning
Practice exercises and problem-solving activities
Regular revision and short assessments
Visual aids and examples wherever they improve understanding
Personalized feedback to identify and improve weak areas
I encourage students to ask questions freely and participate actively rather than simply memorize information.
Usual Class Structure
A typical class begins with a quick review of previously learned concepts. I then introduce the new topic, explain it step by step, and use examples to make the concept easier to understand.
The student is then given opportunities to practice independently with my guidance. We finish the class with a short recap, clarification of doubts, and suggestions for practice or revision.

My key strength is my ability to make complicated topics easier to understand. I maintain a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions.
