About Sukanta
I have more than 8 years experience in IT sector and more than 5 years experience in Coaching /Teaching area. I know how the IT companies select graduate students in IT sectors and what experience and technical knowledge they need to join in IT sector and to stay there. But this needs to be nurture from beginning from 10th and 11th standard to know about the computer language properly and how to apply them in real field.Then in graduate level needs to be apply in Project level by team or by own.

Hi Team, As a software engineer in a reputed MNC company I have a good experience in Software development and testing . Also I have a good idea on teaching as I have taken tech classes in my project as well as outside of project. I generally prepare PPT documents for theory part and for practical area I help them to install the respective software and do hands on/Practical over there. I followed the course structure provided by the organisation itself. If organisation or students don't have any course structure then I will recommend my course structure. I did MCA from Calcutta University. I have taken classes as a Tech teacher in Etech in kolkata. I can take classes from class VI to graduate for ORACLE and all basic computer courses.
