About Zach
I've been teaching music casually (as in, not for a living) for about 6 years now. I started giving drum lessons, and have since moved on to teaching general music in small classroom settings as well. My final project at Berklee, which is currently in progress, is developing a "total contemporary music" course that covers songwriting, production, performance, and business aspects of today's music scene.

I am a professional studio and touring musician, songwriter, and educator originally from Los Angeles but now living in Boston (for the time being). My teaching style is generally designed with high school and early college students in mind, but is well suited toward anyone who wants to learn from a base level onward!

Details
I request that if students need to cancel a lesson that they give at least 24 hour notice and we can reschedule. Otherwise the student will be responsible for the payment of the missed lesson. If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I will notify in advance and there will be no extra costs to the student. If I have to cancel within 24 hours, I will include an extra 30 minutes free of charge during any future lesson.
