About Macarena
I am a certified teacher, I have graduated from the University of Seville, I have the Cambridge C1 Advance qualification in English and I am currently working at Calpe International British School in Marbella.
I have experience in school support and private tutoring for more than 9 years, I have worked in extracurricular activities for the German School and the British School in Marbella and as a science monitor in English workshops with an age range from 3 years old to adults. Additionally I have worked for 3 years in a language academy as a Spanish teacher for foreigners and English teacher with children from 3 years old to adults, preparing for Cambridge exams.
In 2018 I moved to Galway, Ireland for a year to work as an Au Pair and private tutor, which allowed me to further improve my English level and experience with the format and curriculum content of the area.
For the last five years I have been studying and working as a trainer for the official Certificate of Spanish DELE (Diplomas de Español como Lengua Extranjera). Thanks to this, today I have extensive experience, knowledge and all the necessary material to undertake this adventure together!

My teaching method is based on experimentation and learning using all kinds of materials, experiences and games to strengthen this knowledge.
Always adapting the content to the characteristics and needs of the student.
It is very important to create an order to follow in learning in addition to establishing routines and achievements by objectives, with this we get the student to see their own progress, which motivates and gratifies them to continue learning every day with more enthusiasm.
Classes are taught in a fully equipped classroom and following all COVID-19 protocols.

The way she teaches Spanish makes it easy for you to learn.
