Extensive domain of all types of presentations taking as a source the results of the handling of large volume data. Facilitator of the National Public Procurement System imparting knowledge to state suppliers (currently the supplier base amounts to 70,000) and public servants of all hierarchies (Ministers, Vice-Ministers, Directors, Technical Experts, among others). Currently in the training team we have trained more than 15,000 people. Public institutions and government agencies of the Dominican Republic use the platform of Law 340-06 on Purchases and Public Procurement for all its operation and operation. With the approval of the work permit, I would be available to go and establish myself in Canada in a period of 1 to 3 months.
