I have 12+ years of experience teaching Spanish with a focus on social justice and community advocacy. My teaching approach focuses on making Spanish learning enjoyable and practical, especially around food and dining. I cover culinary vocabulary, ordering at restaurants, understanding recipes, and exploring food culture. Lessons use authentic materials like menus, videos, and recipes to bring real-life situations into the classroom. Role-playing ordering food or discussing dishes helps build confidence quickly.
I’m very good with Exam Takers and Conversationalists, tailoring support to each student’s needs. Whether you’re preparing for a test or aiming to chat smoothly at a Spanish table, I guide you step by step. We focus on speaking clearly and naturally about food topics, so you’ll feel comfortable in any dining setting.
