About Vanessa
I recently finished my Ph.D. in chemistry in the United Kingdom and returned to Spain. If you want to learn Spanish from the basics, as well as to level up and/or to improve your pronunciation, you can count on my experience as a member of the Language Support Scheme at Loughborough University for 3 years in a row where we exchanged language classes with native students. The sessions were both academic and in a relaxed atmosphere, like drinking something in a pub.
You can use the lessons to expand your knowledge of the language, acquire more vocabulary, reinforce the grammar, solve doubts, improve your fluency in conversation, and also to become familiar with colloquialisms (very important for day to day and face to face encounters with locals like me). We can do the classes both in an academic environment and in a relaxed and informal environment such as having a coffee while chatting.

Vanessa me dio clases de Francés cuando ambas trabajábamos en Inglaterra. Es ordenada, muy profesional, hace las clases muy amenas y su entusiasmo a la hora de explicar el idioma hace que aprendas mucho mas rápido de lo que inicialmente tienes pensado.
Tambien es muy flexible con los horarios y comprensiva a la hora de llevar tu propio ritmo en las clases, por lo que te hace sentir cómoda con tu aprendizaje.
Definitivamente recomiendo a Vanessa como profesora!
