About Roshni
I am a Medical student at University College London with a strong passion for Spanish. Having studied Spanish as a Higher Level subject as part of theInternational Baccalaureate programme, I achieved the highest grade 7 scoring 100%. In order to further my Spanish skills I also sat the DELE Spanish Diploma (Diplomas of Spanish as Foreign Language), a world recognised Spanish proficiency test. I passed level B2 proficiency which would enable me to study abroad. This extra qualification will allow me to guide my students even further, as I myself have experienced sitting rather difficult Spanish exams and have learnt tips and tricks along the way which I can pass on to my students. I have also taught several students in lower years and have thoroughly enjoyed passing on my love for the subject to them, whilst also equipping them with the right tools to succeed in their exams, going on to achieve grade 9s in their GCSEs. I believe that when a student enjoys their subject they will progress in leaps and bounds.

In order to achieve a comprehensive level of immersion into the Spanish language and culture, I aim to speak in Spanish to my students which also improves their listening skills. I am flexible and adaptable meaning I will use the best techniques to match my students' learning styles.

Details
Throughout the pandemic, online teaching has allowed us to adapt and use new technology to enable us to still learn effectively. Online teaching has been a great platform for me and my students have still benefitted greatly from using zoom and teams. I would, therefore, prefer to teach online.
