• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I teach English communication and career-focused speaking skills. My interest developed naturally- I’ve always been fascinated by how the right words can build confidence, influence decisions, and open doors. Over the past few years, I’ve consciously improved my own communication skills, and that journey made me realize how powerful effective communication is in personal and professional growth.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  My motivation comes from a simple belief: knowledge is a powerful asset, and it grows by sharing.
  
  Many people struggle with speaking confidently in English- especially for interviews, workplace communication, and freelancing. I wanted to guide them using the exact methods and practices that work best, so they don’t have to spend months figuring it out on their own, just as I once did. Teaching allows me to empower people not just with language, but with confidence.

• How does your work help society?

  Strong communication skills can genuinely change someone’s life.
  
  My work helps students and professionals speak confidently, express themselves clearly, perform better in interviews, and build global careers. When someone gains the confidence to speak, they create new opportunities- not only for themselves, but for their families and communities as well.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I look up to teachers and mentors who focus on clarity, empathy, and real world skills- people like Jay Shetty, Ali Abdaal, and communication coaches who make learning simple. Their style reminds me that good teaching is not about complexity, it’s about connection and impact.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring topics like personality development, self-improvement, and communication psychology. I also love editing videos and exploring different cinema industries around the world. These hobbies help me stay creative and bring a modern, engaging style to my classes.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  Yes. One of my early students was extremely shy and could barely speak a full sentence in English during our first session. Just a few weeks later, she cracked an interview and told me, “Krishna, if it were not for you, I would have never cracked the interview.” Moments like that remind me why I teach. It’s not just about grammar or vocabulary, it’s about changing someone’s confidence and life trajectory.
