I'm Jean-Rémi. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Sports (STAPS) of Nantes with specialization Optimization of the performance. I have been Taekwondo for 16 years, black belt 2 DAN. I am responsible and coach of Body Fitness and also to the child section of my club. I am an international Taekwondo athlete. I made 2 preparation for the Taekwondo ASIA Games with the Cambodian Olympic Team. I am coaching combat at the National level. Techniques / teaching methods: Specific, Individual, Variable, Progressive for each. I fix with the person Objectives wishing to be realized. Specificities: I listen to the athlete and give me 100% to make every effort to achieve his goals.
