I am a 4th semester student at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern in the sports and health sciences department. In the friends and acquaintances area I have already created and successfully implemented various fitness and nutrition plans as well as back treatments and health prophylactic strategies such as smoking cessation.

First we work out the actual state together and look where the target state should go, i.e. your desired shape. This can range from increasing general fitness to better academic performance and certain sport-specific goals to weight loss or gain. Then we work on an actionable plan that takes social and work and physiological conditions into account. Furthermore, we go into disruptive factors and how they can be minimized or eliminated entirely. The focus is not on the implementation of any dogmas and strict prohibitions, but on the basis of a precisely defined time and target plan to design interventions that are understandable and based on your own convictions.
