About Callen
As a dedicated Singing tutor with 8 years of teaching and professional experience, I work with students from school to college to develop strong vocal techniques, stage confidence, and expressive abilities. I guide learners at all levels to improve breathing, pitch accuracy, tone, and overall performance skills.
One of the proudest milestones in my career has been helping students overcome stage fear and perform confidently in competitions, school programs, and cultural events.
My teaching approach is structured, personalised, and supportive, including vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, rhythm practice, pitch training, and expressive song interpretation.
I believe that music education builds discipline, creativity, and self-confidence, and I strive to nurture all three in my students while making lessons enjoyable and motivating.

My teaching philosophy for Singing emphasises sustainable vocal habits and expressive storytelling. Flexibility enables me to customise lessons for beginners and advanced learners alike. Structured warm-ups, breathing coordination, pitch refinement, and articulation exercises form the foundation of my sessions.
Empathy allows me to understand the emotional journey behind each performance. Compassion creates a supportive and motivating learning space. Through clear communication, I simplify complex vocal concepts into manageable steps.
Collaboration strengthens engagement by involving students in selecting meaningful repertoire. Alongside Singing, I teach Music Theory, Sight Singing, Vocal Health awareness, and Stage Confidence techniques.
