About Stanley
My name is Stanley Barnes.
I am a 16 year old who loves maths,finanace,history and rugby. Many of the tutors on this website will be brilliant, but for me learning and enjoying your studies is a whole package, a combination of health (in all ways of the word) academics and enjoying your childhood. I live by the saying that effort is more important than outcome, and that for some people 60 percent on a test is terrible and they in turn feel bad, but for some people, working really hard to get 60 percent feels amazing, and working hard makes us enjoy the rewards so much more, and its that mindset and approach that I will lead with when helping you.

my tutoring methods are simple and flexible, my lessons will be personally catered to you, in both topic and length of lesson. Although I have no previous experience as an academic tutor, I am also coaching rugby at my local club and have previous caretaking experiences of my large, younger family. My lessons would be beneficial for students who may struggle or be talented at mathematics at around the ages of 10-13. But ultimately the attitude to learning from the student is what will help them achieve their maximum potential and my job is to simply show them the guide ropes.
