About Trevor
I have been working in the music business for years as a performer and as a disc jockey/radio announcer. I taught for several years at Iona College, Connecticut School of Broadcasting and the Center for the Media Arts. Regarding guitar lessons, I have been giving informal lessons for years and have taught over a dozen children including nieces and nephews and children of friends. They have achieved the gift of music and some have gone on to perform in cafes, play in bands and write songs.
I am currently showcasing a full length musical called Rainbow Ring about a leading lady with a 6th sense whose dreams come true...even when they're nightmares. Through her search and research we get to explore the nature and history of dreams and how they have been woven into culture? I also wrote or co-wrote the music ~ nearly 20 songs.

I am a singer songwriter musician (guitar) and instructor who has taught in studio and in a classroom setting at the college level. I can show you how to play the guitar and even how to write songs. You bring the heart and I'll help you start...beginning with the instrument (neck, frets strings) then developing your fret hand for basic chords, chord progressions and scales and your right hand to strum and pick. I begin every lesson by asking my student what their favorite song is and find that to be a good place to start.
