who am I ? I'm an architect with a strong technical knowledge in environmental architecture. I graduated at the Politecnico Milano in Architecture with honours; I am a also a surveyor, and I think practical approach! ... statics is the practical application of math! Unfortunately, at university level, many teachers get students lost on De Saint Venant's demonstrations, on theorems, full duplex demonstrations to find a formula that is on a reading book and which then really serves to dimension. Or iper-static problems on diagrams with 10 iper statistic grades, with 2 calculating pages not understanding what are you really doing and why!
IN LABOR MARKET DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU WILL BE CALLED TO DO THAT? NO… SOFTWARE DO THATFOR YOU! YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND AND MANAGE WHAT IS BEHIND!
I used to bea professor and as an academic tutor during my university studies, I broke so many erases trying to explain inflection, so many rulers trying to explain the peak load ... made so many photos from which to draw isostatic or hyperstatic diagram !! static is modelling reality and the basis mechanic and the dimensioning of beams! Reality….. not philosophy and demonstrations! ... they were made by illuminated people... of course ... but I am not here to let you invent a new theorem
