About Louise

I'm Louise, a certified NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, and EFT practitioner with over 10 years of coaching experience. But I didn't come to this work from a textbook. I came to it because I needed it myself.

For years I struggled with racing thoughts I couldn't switch off, a fear of death, intense perfectionism, and a constant feeling that I wasn't good enough no matter what I achieved. I was a people pleaser who needed everyone around me to be happy. I took on other people's pain as if it were my own. I worried about control, feared uncertainty, and beat myself up over every failure. I had so many thoughts rushing through my mind at once that I didn't know how to separate them. I believed every negative thought I had was the absolute truth.

I tried counselling. I tried therapy. CBT helped a little with the basics but it never went deeper. It used exposure techniques without ever addressing my nervous system or what was actually wired into my subconscious.

Everything changed when I found a spiritual life coach who used NLP and guided hypnosis. In one session, something shifted that nothing else had ever touched. My entire inner reality changed. I was able to see everything, including myself, from a completely new observational state. It was like waking up. I realised that the beliefs that had been running my life were illusions, and for the first time I felt free to actually be the person I'd always been underneath.

That experience changed the direction of my life. I trained in NLP, hypnotherapy, and EFT at the Herold Communication Academy and now hold certifications in NLP, clinical hypnotherapy, EFT, life coaching, and leadership coaching. Originally from Sweden, I spent over 10 years as a personal trainer and sports therapist, but it was my own transformation that showed me where the real work happens. Based in Marbella, I now work with clients worldwide helping them experience the same shift I did.

You know what you want. You know what you should be doing. But something keeps pulling you back. The procrastination. The self-destructive habits. The voice that says "what's the point" or "who are you to do that?"

This isn't a willpower problem. It's an internal conflict.

Part of your mind wants to move forward. Another part is trying to protect you from something, usually pain, rejection, or failure. And until you resolve that conflict, no amount of motivation will stick. That's why you can read every self-help book, write in your journal every morning, and still end up back in the same loop.

I'm Louise, a certified NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist. I specialise in helping people who are at war with themselves.

The technique I use most for this is called Parts Integration. We identify the two conflicting parts, understand what each one is trying to do for you (because even the "saboteur" has a positive intention), and then bring them into alignment so they work together instead of against each other. When it works, and it usually does in a single session, the internal tug-of-war simply stops.

One client had been stuck in a cycle of starting things and then abandoning them for years. Using Parts Integration, we discovered that her "saboteur" was actually trying to protect her from the criticism she'd experienced as a child. Once we resolved that conflict, she stopped abandoning things and followed through consistently for the first time in her adult life.

Another client wanted to change careers but kept sabotaging herself every time she got close. We identified two conflicting parts: one that craved growth and one that was terrified of failure. Once those parts were brought into alignment, the internal resistance dissolved. She stopped procrastinating and made the career move she'd been putting off for years.

My client Emily came struggling with a harsh inner critic and poor self-worth. Through Parts Integration and Submodality work, she developed a completely different relationship with her own mind. In her words: "I finally have a kinder, more compassionate internal voice and my mental well-being has improved loads. It feels great to know I now have strategies to cope with days that are wobbly. Truthfully, this has been the best coaching experience I have had."

People-pleasing, procrastination, perfectionism, overworking, shutting down. These aren't personality flaws. They are strategies your nervous system learned to avoid pain. We don't fight them. We understand them. And then we help your mind find a better way.
