About Alastair
As an experienced educator I have the skills and knowledge to support you in your learning journey.
By focusing on the softer skills and personal emotional regulation aspects of self development, I can help support you learn more effectively, manage stress, anxiety and navigate difficulties that may get in the way of your learning.
I can also support you if you have experienced bullying and want to put this behind you.
I've worked in education since 2007 and ran my own business supporting clients privately in this manner since 2020

EFT Tapping is an evidence based complimentary therapy that can support your academic, professional and personal life.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long.
I am a trained EFT practitioner by EFT international.
I am a trained teacher specialising in post-16, but with extensive experience of secondary and primary age teaching in music/performing arts.
Lessons are available for all ages, pupils under 16 are advised to attend with parents present to they can help you with the methodology.
