About Sean
I am slated to graduate next year with a mechanical engineering and applied mathematics degree with a 4.0 GPA so I have had to get comfortable with many of the concepts students struggle with. Additionally, I have been a teaching assistant for 4 separate math and physics courses so I also have plenty of experience tutoring both my students and peers. I have worked with a variety of people with a variety of learning styles so I am confident I can help you reach your learning goals.

I like to start off by going over the basics of the topics we’ll be covering, drawing pictures and making analogies to things you’re more familiar with, to help make the topics make more sense while also making the information easier to remember. Then I like to work through some examples together so you get a better idea of how to approach certain types of problems while learning little tricks to make the problems easier. Finally, I like to finish off by letting you work some problems by yourself with me there to help guide you if you get stuck. I find this is the best time to go over homework or examples you want to see solved as well.
