I was very since ages my highest weight was aroung 107 kgs and i am 6 ft so my bmi was around 33 which comes in obese category and 1 day I decided to get fit and did a lot of research through every source available in the market and now I am only 74-75 kgs

I have a lot of experience in weight loss and muscle gain my strategies are my own experiences of loosing 33 kgs weight which I lost in just 5 months but if somebody think that weight loss can be done in 1 week u are wrong u have to be very consistent if u want to loose weight and I also help my students to maintain the weight throughout their life.
