About Geet
I want to make a point that grades aren't everything, and it only matters when you truly understand something, instead of just trying to memorize it. Having that said, in order to succeed in life, for most jobs at least, colleges do require good grades, which is why grades are important in the long run. No need to stress, though, because I'm here to help at an emotional and academic standpoint. Now, let's move on to the actual "About Me." First off, I'm a D1 soccer player, and have been playing the sport since I was like 9 years old. I am a huge horror movie fan, and also enjoy iced coffee. I have a humorous personality, and have a genuine interest in helping people, especially those who WANT help. I included a little bit about me, because it's important to actually like a tutor, and be comfortable around them, to learn subjects with ease. I have a great love for science, as it's the only thing that really interests me. But, I can understand why you may struggle with biology, especially at a higher level. Despite my great grades, I struggle with some other subjects, especially math, but tutors have made it possible for me to be successful in my weakest subjects. After experiencing what a great tutor can do for me, I want to help other students who want to get better at a subject, which is the main reason I am applying to become a tutor. Along with biology, I can also help you with time management, as I have always struggled with it, but I am slowly finding methods to keep me productive. I honestly hope you can take initiative of your own struggles, and ask for help, and I hope I can help you in your academic journey!
