About Seror
I am a law student, educator and experienced sportsman (more than 10 years of sport practice: bodybuilding specifically). I'm currently practicing: * Bodybuilding, * Street workout or calisthenics, * Cross fit But also * Dance (zouk, kizomba, and other African dances) * and boxing (English and Thai) J 'accompanies all types of audience (from beginner to high level athlete) with a view to long-term work and also organizes group sessions (outdoors, with young people from home).

I adapt my exercises according to the objectives of each one (cardio and intensive for weight loss, bodybuilding heavy loads for mass gaining, various exos of flat stomach abs for the durable result, etc.). All my exercises come from or are based on reliable sources in the field and have all been tested by myself. The sessions are individual or collective, indoor (possibility of training without taking a subscription to the room) and outside (sports areas, park etc.). I also have a personal sports equipment suitable for muscle building and weight loss. The emphasis is on self-improvement and discipline, for personal fulfillment, and all this in joy and good humor :) My creed: Give everything, or give nothing!
