I am a current student yoga teacher, a recent graduate of ecology, and have a background in animal sciences; my dream is to unite these passions and share them with others, encouraging borh wellbeing and appreciation of the natural world.

I base classes on natural themes, shaping both physical and meditative practices around them. My yoga classes usually include a combination of energetic vinyasa flow and restorative yin yoga styles, including meditative relaxation at the end of a practice to improve both mental and physical wellbeing
