About Marcell
I have spent nearly ten years in Austria, I graduated high school in Vienna in 2018 and have attended the University of Vienna (major: Transcultural Communication) since then.
During that time period I also taught German both privately and as a contractor for a company. For most of that time I prepared Austrian high school students for their German exams. In this setting, a strong emphasis was placed on essays.
More recently - as of this May - I began tutoring a beginner and found that, since I myself at one point acquired knowledge of the language, I was in a better position to aid my student in doing the same. This is due to my firm understanding of grammatical concepts and ability to have conversations using understandable phrasing.

My lessons help students gain a better understanding of German grammar, acquire a greater vocabulary and increase their written and oral language proficiency. I will personally guide you to any of your German related goals, whether it is for travel purposes, required by your profession or to communicate with friends and family.
Having lived and gone through rigorous schooling in Vienna my specialty is the Austrian standard variation of German, I am also well versed in several local dialects.
