About Vipulkumar Prahladbhai
Dr. Vipul P. Patel is currently working as a Professor & Head of Department (QAT) at Sanjivani College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Kopargaon, Maharashtra, India. He has 16 years of academic & research experience. He had published 40 research papers in various national and international journals. He has guided more than 100 B. Pharm and 36 M. Pharm and 06 Ph.D students awarded their degree for the research and dissertation work. Moreover, 4 students are pursuing Ph.D under supervision of him. He has published 03 chapters in international book. His areas of research are Novel & Targeted drug delivery system of anticancer drugs, Cellular & Molecular Biotechnology, In-vitro cell lines study, fermentation technology, bioengineering techniques. He had received more than 50 lacs rupees of research and training grant from different agencies like AICTE, DBT, GUJCOST and GSBTM. He had also completed more than 10 lacs rupees consultancy works in the area of high throughoutput drug screening by cell culture techniques from different institutes across India. He is the life member of professional bodies such as Indian Pharmaceutical Association (IPA) and Gujarat State Pharmacy Council.
