About Rochana
I am rochana evryone calls me or my nick name is rocha
I am from Sri Lanka, now living in Australia working as personal trainer
I was a national rugby union player from Sri Lanka I played proffesional rugby for over 7 years in Sri Lanka work many coaches and mentors around that time and have broad knowledge about streanth&coditioning and rugby.
Also when I came here interested about doing bodybuilding so I did myfirst show last year and became 4th in Australian nationals in my category
So I always wanted use my experience and knowledge to help people to
