About Khushbu

Khushbu Sompura Here!
Being born and brought up in Mumbai, I was very much oriented to the culture of fashion. Home to celebrities from various fields, Mumbai is the melting pot of designs, patterns, artwork and related things from all around the country. A witness to all this, I started making note of latest styles and introductions to the fashion industry.What started as a hobby materialized into a career for me, eventually!
I began working in the city and the positive response emboldened my spirits. I spread my wings to another city, Ahmedabad. This city is rooted in culture and yet has that zing to make it big. The zest in the youth here inspired me to groom them into future fashionistas. That is how Fashionbox was born. And that’s what I am doing since the year 2006!!

With over 13 years of experience as a fashion design instructor and hundreds of satisfied students,
I understand how to groom learners for the industry. I am a taskmaster and impart the latest skills required, through the medium of projects. I use interesting teaching techniques that easily engages the students of different ages and abilities.
I am a TR Super Master 2020 and an expert in I Pattern Making, Fashion Sewing, Cutting & Tailoring, TR Technique, Computer Aided Fashion Design (Photoshop & Illustrator) adobe certified associate. My forte lies in tailoring subjects and methodologies to include multiple intelligences for the benefit of the students. My aim is to inspire students to contribute to the world of fashion and design.
