About Lucy
I have travelled the world for the past 8 years and discovered myself again and again. I started to understand that self development and following my intuition are my only way to true happiness. To live from a place of truth and authenticity is hard work, but it’s been so rewarding for me. Nourishing that deep connection to myself first, I have unlocked SO much potential and it brought so much closer to living the fulfilled life I’ve always dreamed of. As well, I am mother to my wonderful son since almost 3 years. He has taught me much and has furthered me even more in my desire to live as my best version. To show up every day and to continually decide for my inner growth.

Through many years of travelling around the world I’ve developed a unique blend of deep inner work in the realm of body, mind and soul. A wholesome approach addressing the emotional, spiritual and mental aspects of your being. As a certified transformative Coach I am honoured to assist you in the discovery of your true self. In our life changing conversations, we will dive into your past where it’s needed, work with what’s present now and integrate all that you discover into your daily life. We will as well go into the body through meditation to call on its wisdom about memories and undiscovered emotions that are running the show and holding you back. My Reiki education will naturally flow into our sessions to provide you with extra healing energy along the way. Where are you in your life right now? Where do you want to be? What is in your way?
