I use a combination of variate instruction methods. Usually, my class would start identifying what the students know already about the topic and continue with opportunities for students to complete, connect or learn new things. There are interactive presentations, direct instruction, modeling procedures and plans to solve problems, lots of practice with immediate feedback.

I met Violeta through mutual friends and immediately liked her. We both volunteered at Local Colors Festival in Roanoke, VA to promote romanian culture. She is very intelligent, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. Also, she has a nice personality and communicates well with adults and children.
I highly recommend her for a teacher position.
