About Therese
Hi there! I know anatomy can be overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be! I provide many techniques for memorizing, understanding and learning all parts of the body, for all body systems. I work in the field in surgery, I have touched, held, retracted, and directly worked on almost any organ and body part you can think of. Gaining this knowledge and real-life experience encouraged me to teach others anatomy. Who’s better to learn from than one who works on real bodies during surgery?! (Btw, the liver looks exactly like the photos, and the gallbladder is not actually green) Organization is key, and once that “I get it, I remember this” moment hits, you’re unstoppable! Be patient and kind with yourself! You got this - and by the end of our lessons, you will fall in love with anatomy.

Anatomy lessons can be made very simple! Actually, anatomy is very simple, but most of us overthink it, and before you know it, the entire course feels like a jumbled-up mess. My lessons are broken down strictly based on what you find yourself struggling with! That may be the skeletal system, muscular system, integumentary system - or all of it! And that’s okay, most of us have been there, I’ve definitely been there. Covering what you know first will give us confidence to move on to what needs work! The key is finding a good starting point, and being provided good visual aid. I offer many learning techniques to learn any body system, once you have it down the first time, it will be an unforgettable piece of knowledge.
