About Abimael
Hello! I am Abimael Flores Cruz, a sushi chef with over 10 years of experience working in traditional, fusion and fine dining Japanese restaurants in Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Italy.
I have a degree in International Gastronomy from UVM, with a diploma in Molecular Cuisine and specialized training in Mukinomo. In addition, I speak Spanish and English, which allows me to connect with people from different cultures and levels of experience.
What I am most passionate about is passing on my knowledge in a personalized way, making sure that each student not only learns authentic techniques, but also the history and art behind sushi. My classes are dynamic, practical and tailored to your goals, whether you want to learn out of passion, improve your skills as a professional or simply enjoy a unique culinary experience.

My class is different because I not only teach the essential sushi techniques, but I tailor each session to the client's level and interests, combining 10 years of international experience in traditional Japanese cuisine, fusion and fine dining. In addition, I include unique knowledge acquired in different gastronomic cultures (Italy, Saudi Arabia and Mexico), which enriches the experience with a global approach. My classes are not only practical, but also interactive and personalized, allowing each participant to develop real skills, understand the ingredients and techniques, and live an authentic and memorable experience.
