I am a student of systems engineering and business administration. I started my university studies in Liverpool. Later, I returned to Colombia, worked and thanks to this I was able to resume my career in the country. Currently, I am a program monitor at the university and I belong to the Student Chapter of the ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

In general, the methodology of the classes is one of project-based learning. Programming is a skill that is developed through practice, but not of a mechanical type, such as learning to ride a bicycle, for example. In contrast, writing code requires a prior analysis and design process. This is the true skill that is acquired when learning to program and that is applicable for life.
On the other hand, in order to guarantee effective learning, the concept of the attention span(which is an average of 20 minutes) must be taken into account. This time is very important because it is when people can really listen and pay attention. With this in mind, the sessions consist of a small theoretical part and a practice of exercises / games of different difficulty. This information will be the basis for the development of the project.
Learning to code is not impossible at all, together we will make it a process, not only bearable, but enjoyable and fun!
