About Hadis
Hi! I’m Hadis. I’ve been practicing Taekwondo for over 8 years as a former competitive athlete, holding a certified 2nd Dan black belt. For the past 3 years, I’ve been coaching students of all ages from young kids building confidence and discipline to adults wanting to learn practical self-defense and stay in top shape.
Having trained as a competitive athlete, I know how important it is to have a coach who is encouraging, structured, and focused on safety. My goal is to create a positive environment where every student feels supported, stays motivated, and sees real progress in their strength, technique, and confidence every week.

My main goal as a coach is to make sure every lesson is safe, engaging, and actually tailored to what you want to achieve. I don't use a generic template for everyone—whether you're a complete beginner, a child building confidence, or an adult looking for high-energy fitness and real-world skills.
In our first session, we'll spend a few minutes talking about your goals, checking your baseline fitness or movement, and getting comfortable with the basics.
Depending on what you want to focus on, our lessons usually cover:
Practical Self-Defense: Simple, effective escape tactics, situational awareness, and body mechanics that work in real-life situations.
Taekwondo Fundamentals: Clean kicking techniques, footwork, balance, and forms (Poomsae).
Conditioning & Athletic Fitness: Agility, flexibility, core strength, and sparring drills drawn from my 8+ years as a competitive athlete.
We'll work step-by-step making sure you build proper technique and real confidence every single session.
