I had the distinct privilege of having Professor Jim as my instructor at Conestoga College, where he taught Supply Chain. He was not only an exceptional educator but also one of the most genuinely caring lecturers I’ve encountered in a long time. He took the time to greet students warmly and truly listened when he asked how we were doing. Professor Jim was always willing to go the extra mile to clarify his lessons and ensure we understood the material.

As a newcomer to Canada, his kindness and encouragement meant a great deal to me. He was one of those rare professors who made you feel seen and supported — someone who reminded you that everything would be okay. Professor Jim is, without a doubt, an honourable and compassionate teacher.
