In my game development lessons, I focus on creating a hands-on, interactive learning experience tailored to each student’s needs.

Techniques and Methodology:
I use a project-based learning method, where students work on real game development projects using the Godot Engine and GDScript.
To start, we’ll begin with a quick and comprehensive introduction to fundamental programming concepts such as data types, variables, methods, and functions. This foundation will help you grasp the core principles needed for game development.
Each lesson includes assignments related to the topics covered, helping to solidify your understanding and track your progress. I also incorporate step-by-step tutorials, coding challenges, and feedback sessions to guide your development.

Typical Length of a Lesson:
Each lesson typically lasts 2 hours. This duration allows us to cover key topics in-depth while keeping the sessions engaging and manageable.

Qualifications/Experience:
As a Computer Science graduate with 4 years of game development experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to my lessons. My background includes hands-on experience with various game development projects, from initial concept to final implementation.

Who the Lessons Are For:
My lessons are designed for absolute beginners who are new to programming and game development. Whether you’re a young aspiring developer or an adult looking to explore a new hobby, these lessons will provide you with a solid foundation and the skills needed to create your own games.

To get the most out of these lessons, you’ll need:
A computer with the Godot Engine installed
Internet access for online lessons
A willingness to learn and engage with the lesson
A pen and paper for notes and sketches
