About Miguel
I’m Miguel. I live in New Jersey. I speak Spanish and English every day — not as a hobby, but as the way I work.
I’ve worked across multiple dealerships, running deals and finance conversations with customers who were nervous, short on time, and speaking whichever language they trusted. That is the same energy I bring to a lesson: clear, calm, and aimed at a result.
I am not a university lecturer, and I will not pretend to be one. I am a professional closer who knows how adults actually talk at work, at the bank, and when money is on the table. Lessons stay on Zoom, on time, and on the situation you told me you need.
If you want textbook chapters, I’m the wrong tutor. If you want to sound like someone people take seriously in English or Spanish, book the first session, and we’ll run the conversation you have this week.

**Method**
We don’t conjugate charts for 50 minutes. You talk about a real situation. I stop you only when the sentence would fail in real life — work, bank, dealership, interview. I give you the line a native would actually say, you repeat it, then we run the scene again. Spanish or English. Same rule.
**Typical lesson (25–50 min)**
1. 3 min — what you need this week (job call, customer, landlord, car, date).
2. 10 min — you talk. I write 5 corrections, not 50.
3. 10 min — we role-play that exact scene. I play the other person.
4. 5 min — you leave with 8 phrases + one homework: record yourself saying them once.
**What sets me apart**
I’m not a classroom teacher. I’m bilingual and I spent years closing deals in Spanish and English — money, objections, paperwork, people who are nervous. I teach the language that gets a yes, not the language that passes a quiz.
