I have known Nicole for about 4 years now, we undertook studies together.

And if I was asked to describe Nicole, her english communication skills would definetly be one of the key factors. She is both a great communicator as well as a listener.

As first year students, at times we tend to be shy with the lectures and even with our fellow classmates and that prevents us from participating or contributing in the classes. Unlike Nicole she was able to ask questions and interacting with the lectures everyone else right from the beginning.
