About Rachel
As a Special Education Teacher with over eight years of experience, I specialize in working with students with severe autism, creating supportive and structured environments that foster growth and learning. I am skilled in adapting curriculum materials to meet each student's unique needs and learning styles, ensuring accessibility and engagement at all levels. I develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior and emotional regulation. Additionally, I integrate assistive technology into daily instruction to enhance communication, independence, and academic achievement. My commitment lies in helping every student reach their full potential through patience, creativity, and a deep understanding of their individual strengths and challenges.
