About Anagha
Hello! I am Anagha. I have a Master's degree in Psychology (with Clinical specialization), and I am currently preparing for my PhD.
My love for psychology began with an introduction to Carl Jung, and has now led me to learn everything I can find about us humans! As a neurodivergent person, novelty in studying is very important to me, and that's how I work to teach others as well. I believe in learning from various different sources, and making your own connections. That is what is at the heart of a true student, a true researcher!
I frequently go down educational rabbit holes, and do my best at presenting all the interesting things I learn in a fun and engaging way, along with the usual study materials. I try to dabble in knowledge from many areas of life, so as to keep it fresh and interesting.

I believe knowledge needs to be interconnected. If present in isolation, they just end up being words and sentences without meaning!
Hence, this is how I study and teach-
- Get a general idea of the topic (Let's say- disorders)
- Breakdown the topic into its simplest and fundamental units (symptoms- thought content, insight, judgement etc)
- Connect the fundamentals from different fields to create a bigger picture and a better understanding of the subject (understanding the disorder from the POV of Dopamine in the system)
- Follow the curious cat no matter where it leads you!
My other interests that influence my curiosity in psychology and research- consciousness, philosophy, gender and LGBTQIA+ studies, psychosomatic disorders and maladaptive daydreaming.
The classes can be tailored for high school and college students; and adults interested in exploring psychology with a semi-structured curriculum.
