About Katia
I am certified and a best user of this method. I have suffered from several sports-related injuries, I have been most of my life in physiotherapist's office and osteopath. And though it's very nice to have someone do the work for you, it becomes very costly over time with all these specialists. It's always good to have a few good tricks yourself in your pocket, right!

Stretching may seem futile or even too-easy, why would anyone take a stretching class? Well, most injuries involve soft tissues and muscles.
