About Tejasdagr
I’m Tejas, a recent graduate from MIT Bengaluru with a strong interest in AI, technology, and building products. Most of what I’ve learned has come from actually working on projects, experimenting with different technologies, and figuring things out along the way.
I’ve worked across AI, full-stack development, and product-focused roles, including experience at SuperAGI and TatvaOps. I enjoy taking an idea, understanding the problem behind it, and turning it into something practical.
I also genuinely enjoy helping people learn. I’m the kind of person who likes explaining things in a simple way and using examples instead of throwing a lot of technical terminology at someone. When I teach, I focus on making sure the person understands what they’re doing and why it works, rather than just giving them an answer to remember.
Outside of the technical side, I’m curious by nature and usually have a few projects or ideas I’m experimenting with. That curiosity is also what I try to bring into my teaching.

I am Tejas, an AI/ML and full-stack developer based in Bengaluru. I graduated from Manipal Institute of Technology Bengaluru and have spent the last few years learning and working across AI, software development, and real-world product building.
A lot of my experience has come from actually building things — from working with LLMs and AI agents to developing full-stack products and solving problems that don't always have a straightforward answer. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with teams such as SuperAGI and TatvaOps, which taught me how to take ideas beyond just experiments and turn them into something people can actually use.
I enjoy teaching because I like breaking down things that initially seem complicated. I don't believe in making learning unnecessarily formal or complicated. I prefer using simple explanations, examples, and hands-on problems so that the student can understand the idea and eventually figure things out independently.
Whether someone is completely new to a topic or already has some experience, I try to meet them where they are and make the learning process practical, comfortable, and useful. My Approach to Teaching
I like teaching in a way that feels practical and easy to understand. My approach comes from working on real projects and learning through hands-on experience, so I try not to make classes overly theoretical. I prefer showing students how and where a concept is actually used.
Teaching techniques and methods
I usually break a topic down into smaller parts and explain it using simple examples first. Once the basics are clear, I move towards practical problems or situations where the student can try it themselves. I encourage questions throughout the class rather than waiting until the end. If something is not clear, I am happy to explain it in a different way instead of just repeating the same explanation.
Typical class structure
I normally start with a quick conversation about what the student already knows and what they want to learn. Then we go through the main concept, followed by examples or a practical exercise. I like giving the student some time to try things on their own, because that usually shows me what they have actually understood and where they need more help. I finish with a quick recap and any questions they still have.
What I bring as a teacher
One thing I value is keeping the learning experience comfortable. Students should not feel hesitant to say that they don't understand something. I also try to connect concepts to things people would encounter outside a classroom, especially technology and real-world projects. My own experience building and working on different projects has helped me develop this practical way of explaining things.
Who my classes are for
I am mainly comfortable teaching college students, beginners, and school students who want to learn a subject from the ground up or improve their practical skills. I can adjust the pace depending on the student, whether they need a basic introduction or want to go deeper into a particular topic.
