About Suzanne
I have taught Creative Meditation to hundreds of people both in the prison system to inmates who want to change their lives, and to the general public for over 27 years. Inmates who have been paroled have not ended up back in prison. Persons in the general public to whom I have taught this technique have contacted me to share how different their lives have been after learning this skill.

Creative Meditation calms the mind while it sharpens your brain power. Our brains cannot differentiate between reality and what we imagine to be true, so in Creative Meditation, we use visualization to enhance current skills, create new ones, and adjust our behavior to adapt to the new vision of ourselves.
I have been teaching people Creative Meditation for over 27 years. During the initial sessions, we will determine where any blockages lie within you to the use of Creative Meditation. Then we will structure your Creative Meditation sessions to remove those blocks. We will also incorporate your dreams and aspirations into the sessions.
Creative Meditation is a wonderful way to reduce stress while also creating a new you.
