About Robert
I am the Co-owner of Crossfit Gala (est. 2012) one of Barcelona's first Crossfit centers.
Certified with Westside Barbell as a Special Strength Coach I have prepared hundreds of students to approach their goals using scientific programming based on time tested strength and conditioning practices.
I'm CPR Certified with the Spanish Red Cross.
Regular training sessions are 1hr. Up to 1.5 hrs. but the option of doing mini-courses or seminars up to 4hrs. are also available.
Planning and programming are done according to the needs of the student.
My partners and I have at Crossfit Gala, have helped several students achieve their LEVEL 1 Crossfit Certification, imparted Crossfit methodology seminars to more than 100 people, conducted joint seminars with the professionals at Reset Movement on the rehabilitation of joints in addition to being in continuous training with current students processing degrees with ANEF, UB, Orthos and the oppositions of the civil protection forces.
I'm pleased to offer all classes or training sessions in English as well as Castellano.

At SSI Strength Institute and Crossfit Gala we are dedicated to developing the foundations of strength and longevity through movement, posture and correct technical training.
SSI is the only strength and conditioning coach certified by Westside Barbell in Spain. We specialize in general fitness and strength preparation as well as sport specific performance enhancement. Using time tested basic movements properly taught, each student gains a life long foundation for building strength, improving body image and learning how to take a pro-active role in their fitness development.
I am a co-owner of Crossfit Gala and we have been training the public with Crossfit methodology for more than 5 years, providing daily classes at our center to more than 100 students.
My commitment to my students and clients is to listen to their needs; assess their current physical status, and propose the optimal route for reaching their goals.
I'm pleased to offer all classes or training sessions in English as well as Castellano.
